Juicy Rotonda

The first technical drawing work that I had getting started at the University was the Mario Botta´s  Round House in Switzerland. Those reversed axonometric perspectives were a very difficult learning for an unaccustomed student using a rotring with compass. So when I saw it again I decided to take revenge turning it into a curious mix of household functions.

Turmix Tower

When I was a boy I used to stay hypnotized looking inside every time my Mother was cooking gazpacho. Those killer blades were really scary, but both of it purees and the different juices coming out after a while were real good. Here we pay tribute to those kitchen robots making a bizarre forms building whose pitcher wants to remenber in same way to the stylized and curved corners tower of Frank Lloyd Wright´s building Johnson Wax.

House cooking

Architecture and gastronomy.
In my view, there is nothing better than homemade food, enjoy with good friends simmered dishes and washed down with good wine in a cozy atmosphere makes you feel the king of the house, but if you accompany addition of good music, then the thing comes out. Putting together these two things is what you try this hybrid home pressure cooker and cylindrical array, an image that vaguely resembles the library Asplund Stockholm pass through the filter of my neurons surreal.

OctopusCity

For the ones who dedicated our work to the urban planning world never ceases to amaze for example with the enormous growth that the city of Madrid has experienced over the last 20 years before the housing bubble burst. So I thought I'd summarize in a logo the uncontrolled development by the symbiosis of its most significant architectural landmarks on tentacles of an octopus.

ArchiWhat

At the time when 48% of the profession is out of work is urgent to define the specifics of the architect. We cannot continue with a general models, let alone archaic throw into the arms of partial activities associated with a particular practice of casuistry infinite. Nor can we pretend to be recognized experts in elevators, sociology, urban furniture and structural analysis. We have assumed, and reasonably well by the way, these functions for a long time, but it's over. Now we must decide what we do really well and nobody can do but us.
