IPCL Higueras

The headquarters of the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Spain in Madrid is a 1965 project by architects Fernando Higueras and Antonio Miró kept the circular outline of the draft award a few years earlier, while decreasing their size and formalizing the construction system by more regular modulation structure. The start of construction took place in 1967 but work did not end until 1985.

Organic Tower

_ Torres BlancasTower,designed by Sáenz de Oíza in 1969 is a structure based on cylinders surrounded around the perimeter of balconies with wooden shutters. The structure is reinforced concrete, lacking pillars. The outer walls and the inner vertical frame elements guarantee the functions of support. Pagoda Tower

Miguel Fisac designed in the 70's headquarters for Jorba Laboratories. The striking and destroyed "pagoda" was the unique characteristic of a set of great rationality in which the tower served as executive offices circulated by the N-II.
